We use this to keep our cholesterol numbers down because we don't want to go on statin meds. The numbers go down; this stuff really works. I recommend this - the Cholestoff COMPLETE vs. the plain Cholestoff - as this reduces both dietary AND hereditary cholesterol. Highly recommended.

I've been taking the orange benefiber for a year now. This stuff works however I have a bit of an issue with this version. I don't know if its because my particular container happens to have gotten mixed up with the orange stuff or what but everytime I put it into something, even water, it changes the taste. The texture isn't changed but it ends up tasting something like orange. Not exactly orange but there is a taste to it. My water this morning even turned colors and when I put it in my oatmeal this morning (banana's and creme) it ended up tasting nothing like it should. The product DOES work and helps you go but I wouldn't recommending putting it into foods, etc. I'm going to see if I can contact the company and see what they say about it but in all honesty I don't think its worth it. Once I'm done with this one I think I'm going back to the orange.

Nice product and the instructions of how to use are straight forward. Crealean 2 will give you a boost in strength, lets say 10-15%. I was able to increase my weights within 10 days of continuous use.
I work out 3-4 times a week, so for those who work out more or less during the week results will differ.
What i did like is that i can pop these pills (only 3 before a workout and 3 after) and start lifting within 15 mins as stated on the label. So unlike other brands that required 30-45 mins !
These dont bloat me that much like creatine monohydrate (THESE ARE CREATINE ETHLY ESTER)........BUT AGAIN as will all creatine products i got a slight bloat.....
Our bodies and genetics are all unique so i guess everyone will have a different reaction to them.
In the end i have to say that i wouldn't recommend this brand...I've tried UNIVERSAL ANIMAL PUMP which for a few buck more will give greater performance and results without the bloat.
